Materials:

Worsted weight yarn in green, red, and white
Crochet hook size H/8 (5mm)
Scissors
Tapestry needle

Instructions:

Chain 12.
Single crochet in the second chain from the hook and in each chain across. (11 sc)
Turn.
Single crochet in each stitch across. (11 sc)
Repeat Steps 3-4 until your tree is the desired height.
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.
Sew the sides of your tree together, leaving a small opening at the top.
